Day 2 and with the help of my trusty patch making good progress. Pity the other half can't do the same but at least he's smoking outside now although I noticed he had a crafty one indoors after I went to bed. And he left his fag packet out so it was all I could do not to have one when I got up this morning!
Have tried microtabs, patches, cold turkey and the most successful, 6 months of no smoking, hypnosis. Determined to quit this time as it's so expensive!! Did they make them budget and no smoking day coincide on purpose? Dreading and looking forward to the weekend to really test myself. Birthday drinks for a non-smoking freind tomorrow. Glad pubs are no smoking as this makes it easier.
