Well done Jude's hubby - my oh doesn't want to quit but he does go in the kitchen when he's at home at weekends, which is something I spose. Ive just had my patches reduced to 15 mg for 16 hours. Felt like I was starting from scratch again with the patches this morning but getting better as day goes on, especially with use of inhalor. Hopefully I will not use it so much as time goes. I hardly used it on the 24 hour patches.
Your son might stop now that both of you have.
Well done again.
Hi Jude - Excellent! Wish him good luck from the team
He is lucky - he'll have your expert advice at hand!

Wow, major respect. If OH and I hadn't both given up at the same time, I'm sure we'd have given in weeks ago !
Hope it all goes well for both of you. The one thing we found with us both giving up at the same time was that we had some really silly rows in the early days of our quit. Seems to have levelled out a bit now though, we just have our normal rows
jan, good luck hun on your lower dose, you can do it!!
i think hubby is sick of me moaning about how much he stinks!!
and hes so impressed that i havent turned into the beast from hell on this quit with the champix

Thanks Jude - feel more calmer today and at long last I have had two good night's sleep this week - hooray:D (except for the earth tremor waking me up at 01.00 am today).
