Oh thank you for thinking about me! I am much better and survived the demons!!! I am on my way to a meeting and sitting in the tube at the moment (I love my blackberry!) and do not feel like smoking at all - very odd as we have been sitting here for 15 minutes and I would usually want one really bad when I smoked. It has really helped posting yesterday. It can feel isolating and like you are the only person craving. Thanks again for helping me - week 3 awaits!

I've just read your sig and you quit on my birthday - so when you get to the super-deluxe penthouse of being quit a year I'll be 30 and we can have a massive party!

I have had a good day so far - this was my first business lunch meeting when I was not trying to hurry it up to have a cigarette out of sight of my client (oh the shame of it: usually pretending to go to the tube with them and then "having to make a call" - shake hands, leave station and light up...

I never realised how much lying I was doing until this quit...
