Hi Sara. You can do it and i know how hard it is but think of it hour by hour. Go for a walk and get some fresh air. As buffy said drink ome water and have a chew on something. This feeling will pass and then you will be pleased with your self for not lighting up.
I am in the middle of a major clean up just to take my mind of it.
Kee talking to us too because we are all behind you here. xxxx
Feel exactly the same but I am not going to buy any cigs. I have been keeping busy. This is my 5th day longest I have ever gone without smoking, doing the patches I just rub the patch when I feel like going to the shop to buy some cigarettes. Keep up the good work we are all in this together.
Hi Sara, l have had a bad day too today. In fact, the worst so far. I can't even blame it on a period at my age (64), so it may be a culmination of both- day 5 and the time of the month. Just hang on, we are nearly at the 1 week stage, and how great will that be?
Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to everyone i think without you lot today i would of had a ciggy
