Hi all, just to update you on my progress, I am on day 40 today and ok.

Had some kind of bug for the last three days ,sick & headache just starting to feel better. Hope everyone ok. Linlin how are you ?

Hi Joanlaw - I'm still hanging on. I also have a bug - more of a cold virus with temperature. I've just broken a tooth so am not best pleased - too much gum chewing I think!
