Day 14! feel quite chuffed.........another series of bizarre and vivid dreams courtesy of what ill now refer to as the 'Champix Channel', last nights included a hotel in australia built of salt, flying naked through terminal 5 in heathrow, winning a 'who can shove the most spaghetti down their trousers contest' at Maplins holiday camp............(showing my age at 34! anyone remember Hi-de-Hi!)
Ian's off to see his folks in Oxford for the night so am home alone with my basset hound, have the day planned out as its my off duty day today!, (currently chucking it down!) am walking dog! Housework (nearly done and its only 825am!) then a Mario and Sonic Olympic WII marathon, if I get arsey and get cravings may switch to resident evil! (this worked last night!), I dont normally advocate violent video games but in the comfort of your own home shooting a zombie through the head with a pump action rifle can be strangely cathartic!! There is also one with a fag on the gop in one scene! I keep repeating the scene with increasing ferocity! lobbing hand grenades.....rocket launchers etc......oh dear.........think I need some help.................!
Anyway! Smoking cessation tonight at 530, another two weeks worth of Champix......am considering lowering the dosage down over the next few weeks, probably halving the evening dose for week, then the morning dose for a week and so on to try and phase out over next 6 weeks or so......
