Just mooching

Just been looking at today's posts. You guys make me laugh and get me through the day - cheers. Nearly had a wobble yesterday, just couldn't my mind off smoking.... but I'm at smoking cessation tomorrow and back for little carbon monoxide test - no way was that going to be 21 again. Anyhow suddenly dawned on me! that my worse time of day is between now and 7.00pm. So have retrieved cross trainer from the garage, can't smoke on there I'd fall off. At least I can start to work off the half packet of double choc cookies I've just eaten

  • You could be right boudee about the timing thing, its always the when I'm doing the most multi-tasking, ie washing, ironing, cleaning, trying to get tea ready. Should just give it all up and **ss off somewhere nice instead. But then I'd be a lousy mum. As for the choc chip cookies - I never ate biscuits until I stopped smoking but they do make a good substitute..

    Oh dear...........i really am losing it..............more wine...........am figuring if get completely drunk I wont have the co-ordination to find the newsagents anyway..............................

  • sometimes just getting down and dirty and doing 3 or 4 push ups can help... grab some water... water does a wealth of good...
