Hi everyone

Day 18 for Joanlaw and me - still going strong and chewing, chewing, chewing!!! Yuck stuff really isn't it?

Can someone advise how long they chewed the wretched gum for? I'm likely to have dental surgery in a month or so and don't think I can chew my way through that!

Hey you two are superstars. Best bit is when you have come this far your not going to crack so easly and you know it. The worst is past and any craveings are never gona be like the beginning. I remind myself of that fact and find it helps. keep strong x .
