I keep looking over my shoulder!!

Hi Everyone,

Well look at that, I have just started Day 4, all in all its not been too bad. I did however get a huge craving last night, wasn't expecting it, so it came as a huge shock.

So now I am looking over my shoulder all the time just so I don't get caught out by any sneaky craving.

It's took nearly 4 months to get past Day 1 again for me, and I really don't want to be in that situation again.
