Hi Everyone,

Yes after a very dodgy few months of very poor and non-committed quit attempts I have made my way to Day 3.

I would off posted at 12 noon but I was waylaid eating the biggest damn burger ever.

Infact for the last 3 Monday's I have attempted to eat this particular burger meal at a local restaurant, but it's just too much food. Although I am getting better at it

Well here comes the serious part of the day for me... After 17:00 hrs I find that I get alot of urges for having a smoke (Well I did last night).

Hopefully things will be slightly easier tonight, but I have to get ready, don't want to be caught out.
