Well, I Am Now On Day 24 (decided Not To Count My Little Blip, Hope Im Not Cheating) .... On Saturday Night I Went To A Big Family Get Together, None Of My Family Smoke Anymore So This Was Good. What Was Even Better Was The Fact That I Didnt Have To Be The Only One To Go Outside In The Cold To Smoke A Cig By Myself Which I Would Normally Do. It Was A Great Feeling. They Were All So Pleased As Well That I Had Finally Managed To Kick The Habit.

I Dont Post Much On Here But Come Every Day And Read The Posts. It Keeps Me Going When I Feel Down, So Thank U All. I Have Given The Web Address To My Smoking Cessation Nurse And She Thinks Its Brilliant As Well And Will Be Handing It Out With The Nrt/champix
