Bleeding gums

Never had them before, but noticed a spot when I brushed this afternoon.....am I getting better...or worse?

I've been expecting this...last time I went to the dentists to have my teeth cleaned the hygenist said that because I smoke that helps stem any bleeding from plaque removal...or something.

Not sure of the technical details but she did seem to reckon tar build-up helps. So don't worry about it, just keep brushing and I'm sure it'll go

Bleeding gums is a very commonplace symptom of quitting smoking but it shouldn't last too long

I think that can be normal that or someone has smacked you in the gob when you wasn't looking

No one smacked me in the gob unless it was Denise in the night, I will ask her!! Shes not normally so rough with me
