Yeah I do feel proud, and I feel I’m 99% of the way there now. But I know I still got to be on my guard.

It’s weird I can walk through a bunch of smokers outside a pub and even stand with them and not want to smoke.

Yet last week I was having a move around in the bed room and emptied a set of draws so I could move them, and there in the top junk draw was a pack of unopened tobacco I must have put there once in case of emergencies. Boy! Did that get to me, I must have sat there for 10 minutes just looking at it.

I flushed it down the loo but it was a real warning that I got to; for ever more be on guard.
