I have no problem getting to sleep, I just have a problem staying asleep I always wake up an hour later, feeling somewhat confused, haha, and thinking it is time to get up. I then seem to just toss and turn all night.
Very tired this morning, which means I am already craving.
Anyhow here's to day 4

It will pass x x x x The book is a good idea I do that sometimes, but I take it into the other room. Problem is, quite often I have to re read those midnight bits again hehehehe
Hi Zena ... I too am on day 4 and having terrible nights sleep! I used to be quite a heavy sleeper but now the slightest noise wakes me and like you I'm then fretful all night ... I really didn't expect this night disturbance, as if giving up smoking isn't enough to contend with
So how are you finding day 4 ... I'm just relieved I got through day 1, 2 and 3 lol!!!
I get what your going through babe, i too havent had a good nights sleep since ive stopped , i go to bed at 3am and im up by 7am ..only thing i can suggest instead of tossing and turning in bed pointlessly go bed later and get up earlier (for the first 2 weeks at least) and get some of those outstanding tasks done that we all put off. Eventually your body will get so tired you will just crash nictione withdrawal or not and you will sleep for like 12 hours straight...afther that you will find everything will go back to normal..
p.s brushing you teeth the minuite you open your eyes in the morning gets rid of the need for the morning fag at least for a hour or so.
Been another tough day, kinda the same as yesterday some major cravings, and also some problems with blood sugar levels, been feeling weak, and drowsy at times.
Anyhow managed to make it down the gym tonight for 45 mins, which i think has helped, just about to eat then have yet another early night - really hoping this is the night my sleep improves
