Sore Throat

Well here I am day 18 and very pleased with myself, only problem I do have is that I have a really sore throat...it may be due to my lungs clearing out all the years of rubbish..mind you I have been making hot honey and lemon drinks and if there is any rubbish down there you can rest assured the honey and lemon will loosen it..other than that I feel great, ..Good luck to everyone else especially the newbies ..Behappy xx

getting a sore throat can be very normal and the great news is it will go

I have a feeling it is not just your lungs but your sinuses that get a good clear out and while you sleep it goes down the back of your throat hence getting a sore throat

I have been told there are several cures for sore throats but you will have to use your imagination on that one

Now the cold weather is here, the smokers are starting to look abit silly popping out every 1/2 hour all huddled together. brrrrrrr.....
