I have seen some others post on this just wondering what anybodys thoughts are on this.

I have been taking it for just over a week. I think it may be helping a bit with the depressive feelings as they have lessened and become more infrequent but maybe they would have anyway.

Anybody else have any experience with this stuff?

I took st johns wort leading up to my wedding a few years ago and I couldnt fault it, it worked a treat and kept me sane in the run up to the wedding, great stuff!!:)

However this is purely a personal opinion, other people may not rate it.

I've used St John's Wort on and off for a few years if I'm feeling down in the dumps and it seems to work for me. It has a strong following and is a prescribed mood stabilising medication in some countries such as Germany.

Depressive symptoms are a quite common during quitting and so attention to this aspect can improve your chances of success.

Other useful supplements with acknowleged benefits for mood improvement worth considering are Vitamin B complex and Omega 3 oil
