Good morning!
Today is Day 2 and it will be harder. The cravings, urges, irritability, all will be more difficult than yesterday. I can already tell.
I have my rubber band on around my wrist, lozenges for just-in-case in my purse (trying not to indulge in them too much, they have nicotine too).
It was easier to get up the stairs at work when I arrived this morning (four flights, 12 steps each, several times a day).
I went for a walk this morning, 1/2 hour, first time in several months.
I am eating food in an alarming amount.
