Well yesterday was a good day, mainly thanks to Boudee and Buffy had great fun on here yesterday thanks ladies you are the best .
Woke up this morning and felt good, but cravings starting as usual at this time, im hoping my microtab i have just put under my tongue will kick in soon.
Im stuck at home at the moment because the baby is asleep, so im pacing about a lot.
I had a can of lager last night which seems to really help me. may have a pint later, really hungry when cravings pass, im not sure the patches kick in till around mid morning they slow release thank god for the micro tabs!
Im gonna try and keep busy today as i can feel its notgoing to be good.

I've been good for ages (not including binge drinking at the weekends, of course) and haven't drunken thru the week - so just been n bought 2 bottles of wine to get me through this weekend (not including binge drinking tonight, of course)
Officialy I believe it's 48hrs but hey ho, like whatever!
like 5 glasses of wine in a week max for women?!! ROFLMFAO! like less than 1 bottle for a week!! not a couple of hours a bloody week!!! I am totally f'd lol
Surely if you can't remember it - it doesn't count.
I used to go out and try to remember the amount drinks i had, cos i was dieting and counting calories (how sad!!), and i always lost count of the vodkas after about 11

Great theory I'm sticking with that ta choco I feel better all ready can I open my wine now
I have just finished my set of night shifts, and did not find them too bad. Needed lots of coffee though to keep me awake, as I used to find that having a walk and a cigarette woke me up a bit. I work in an office so I made sure I had a magazine and a bottle of water by the side of me.
I am sure we will soon be feeling the benefits of not smoking, my carbon monoxide levels are down to 2 already, same as a non smoker. Strange that because I am a non smoker now
