Since quiting smoking i have been waiting to get a cold just to see how long it would be before i felt normal again.
When i was a smoker i had on average 2 colds a year but they would last for ages, some times 2 or 3 weeks then they wouldn't totally go, ear blockages, sore chest as a result of coughing for so long, sore throat.
It was always bad on my chest.
Now 2 days into my cold i`m starting to feel better.
I often think back how crazy i was to smoke like crazy when i had a cold.
no wonder i felt sick for so long.
all the people on there quit remember the benefits of staying smoke free.
I have been quit for 6 Months, 2 Weeks, 6 hours, 8 minutes and 26 seconds (198 days). I have saved £1,635.60 by not smoking 5,947 cigarettes. I have saved 2 Weeks, 6 Days, 15 hours and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 08/03/2007 15:10
