Sorry for not posting for a while but work has been a rather busy place! Managed to go away for the weekend in Munich and didn't get too tempted even though one can still smoke in restaurants and bars. Have stopped the Champix now as it was making me feel really nauseous - will see how it goes over the next couple of days!

Thanks to all for your support and I hope we get some more company in week 3 very soon!!!!
