Day two - fingers crossed

I am new to these boards. I gave up yesterday after realising I had managed to go 12 hours without really craving a cigarette. I had my last one late on Sunday night (i have smoked for about 16 years, with a 2 year gap). Feeling alot more agitated and restless today and have started using patches, but they don't seem to be making much of an impact. Any advise?? Does any one use the nasal inhaler - is it any good?

Good luck everyone!

Thank you for your replies, it feels great to be on here and get support and see everyone being so encouraging. I'm off to the gym tonight to try and work some of my agitation out of me. I might try and swap a nicotine addiction for an exercise one :p
