almost a week

Hello everyone first time here.

I gave up on 23rd July with the aid of champix and to my utter astonishment, not only haven't I had a cigarette, I haven't even breathed in deeply when I walked past some one smoking. Being a dedicated hardcore smoker (20-30 a day for the last 26 years) this has taken me by surprise. Yes I wanted to give up and was pretty committed but I was not expecting Champix to be so good. I actually gave up two days before my planned quiting day.

Anyhow .... So far so good.
