well sorry guys had a few cigs so far today too much stress atm with work and stuff also felt misarable with it so dont really feel bad about starting again might as well be happy and stressed as miserable and stressed sorry peeps :o

I been there steve. Quit this moring so I know what your feeling. So here we both go again. Day 1....all over again. Someone told me it was like riding a bicycle. practice makes perfect. I guess I should get it right then at some point. My dad always told me I did things the hard way. lol

Never mind steve you are only human mate and these things cant be helped, I have to say I also crumbled last night, but I am carrying on as though it never happened.

As boudee said you did really well and you came far, dont be sorry, and will hopefully see you soon if and when you have another bash at the quitting lark.

well guys ill defo not be smoking again from morning chest feels like its been hit with a hammer and plenty flem yuk couldnt cope today but ill be back tomoz be at work again lol:D

been all day no cg think yesterday did me good just showed me how much has changed with my chest and asthma never even thought about one today dunno about been back to day one its made it easier for me some how :D

We are also on day 30. I know how easy it is to slip, I have spent years giving up and had more slips than Labrokes take a year:o

The main thing is that you are back on track and not using the slip as an excuse to carry on smoking. How many times I have done that:(
