Thanks to y'all and your omni present support, tomorrow I'll be commencing week 5 completely smoke and nicotine free. I sat out in the beer garden of our local pub yesterday sharing a table with 5 people all smoking and didn't feel any compunction at all to join them. I actually feel somewhat rubbish today but I think that is a lot to do with total quantity of booze I managed to sink over the entire course of the weekend.

Am going on a boys weekend to Geneva on Friday, but thankfully none of them smoke - in fact the other three guys I'm going with are all ex smokers - so I'm not anticipating it troubling me a bit .

Thanks for all the good wishes. Am setting off at 7.00 tomorrow morning. It's gonna be quite brief as I'll be back here by 6pm on Sunday but right now I can't wait for tomorrow to come.
