Hi

stick with it - you've had previous quits to help you - I think the best help is other people in the same situation - I've joined our local cessation clinic, our lovely lady is a star, and I was thanked today for my support of other people which was a great boost (I do talk too much!)

Get help every way you can and keep with the site - it really does help!

No I never did quit on ns day. Guess I just couldn't do it . Thought about it

but thats as far as it went. Thats why I'm giving it all now! You can too.

I started my quit on no smoking day and still going ten weeks one day.

You can do it just give it your best shot and if you feel like giving in just wait one hour and you will change your mind. Good luck Linda
