Each of the other fourteen attempts, I didn't stick to it. Now I can go a weekend without drinking, I know I can quit the fags. Day one - I'm going to do it. I feel so confident in myself, I just wish I could find something to track my progress. Like, activestop.co.uk is good but it never lets you start straight away. I signed up and I have to wait six days before I can start even though I've already quit, which means when it comes up 'day one'. it won't be day one. it'll be 'day six' so I think thats really crap.

Any other good websites like that, I just need some motivation. I suppose I can just keep coming back here and checking.
