ARGH!!!! >>>>>>>>>

Please someone tell me that wandering around feeling rather vague and unfocused is normal.

I'm on day 7 (cold turkey) and for some reason I'm experiencing this kinda 'head-in-a-bucket' thing. Listless and restless ish. Hard to explain, but I could do with some reassurance, if there's anybody out there?

Has anyone else felt like this?? Or should I start phoning Psychiatrists????

Welcome to my world! I have never been anything but vague and unfocused :D

Lol no really it's fine, it's another way of feeling that 'loss' or 'grieving' many experience. It'll pass

But as I always say, remember not everything is always quit related, if symptoms worsen you should seek medical help.

It's a pretty normal post quit symptom though x x

I wouldn't concern yourself with a Psychiatrist untill the voices tell you to

I was vague BEFORE I Quit!lol Seriously though although I'm nowhere near day 7

(only day 2) according to ASH up to 60% of folk experience these type of feelings. The good news is that it only happens during the first 2 weeks of quitting. Hope this helps.
