Hi everyone, great site by the way.

The reason i quit i am 36 and don`t want to be smoking and damaging my body any more.

I love going for long walks but smoking has stopped me stupid hey.

also the last 3 years i have put all my spare cash in to paying off my mortgage so i will be mortgage free in 4 years.

don`t see the point if i am killing my self in smoking.

smoke free since 8 march 07
