Feel weird...day 6

Hi All

Still not had a ciggie and I am on day 6.

Although I am feeling quite strange..last night i started with a tingling - pins n needles sort of feeling which was all in my arms and my legs just my calves really. Is this anything to worry about?

It may be to do with your circulation improving I really don't know though.

Remember not everything will be related to your quit, check it out with GP if you are at all concerned.

Stick with it.You are not the only one with this feeling,i have seen it posted elsewhere,could be circulation improving after 6 days

Likewise, I'm on day three and have a bit of tingling, I'm sure it's just circulation related. My hands and feet are a little bit warmer now too so I'm sure our problems are to do with that.

It's actually kind of a nice feeling
