Hi all, i quit smoking on the 15th of Febuary so a month and like 10 days ago, my fiancee also quit at the same time but she started again a few days ago now I have lost sight of quiting and had a cigar thinking I can just have one a day.. is this possible I've also forgot the reasons why i quit i just miss cigs so much

Hello boudee, thanks for your kind words and encouragement, I going to give it my all to continue quitting! i hope i don't get withdrawel symptons again like when I first quit! right now I'm doing ok, i don't feel like I need to smoke.. thanks once again for replying :)
