Made it!!

Can't believe I have made it into week 2. Some of it has been hard, but over 7 days without a ciggie, I am so pleased. The thought of going back to them makes me feel quite ill.

As each day goes by, I am getting more confident I can do this.

Hope everyone else is doing ok:D

Hehe, in my eyes, you've done it already, now you just need to stick to it.

You rule, just keep doing what you've been doing.

I agree, when I think of how I felt when I smoked I realise how

it made me really feel ill, the problem is that I persisted through it

until I didn't notice it any more and it became normal

I tried to apply that perserverance (sp) to NOT smoking instead

and it seems to be working.

Keep it up. You rule

Well done Sandra, from another Day 8-er

Into the second week now and that should give big incentives to go on.
