Bad day, a very sad piece of news but manged so far to keep off the fags- when this time last week would have been puffing away like a chimney- worse on a bad day like today.
Even the cravings were not as bad - 5 hours to go till bed time- this time am determined.

Well now into Day 4....1 behind u Ron.....and hopefully will never catch up to mate!
Didnt start too well as my other computer decided to show a blue screen and took me a couple of hours just to get it into Windows again.....so now using son's comp. Wouldnt of been to bad if I hadnt of just finished 12 hrs shift!
But Wife told me not to get stressed so followed her words and got some kip.
Anyway main aim today is to keep going smokeless to Day 5 (Wow) ....well jealous of u Ron........I do feel like a cig now again or is is automatic reactions?....anyway will just keep walking the Dog when thinking I need a fag......she's well happy.......never been out so much!
Well I'll send update 2morrow.....keep going every1......particularly Ron....must be more than just u and me on eh!
Well that's another day without the dreaded weed!......Nicotine monster nowhere to be seen............still thought about a fag a couple of times but craving passing quicker and quicker and thinking of benefits of not smoking helps....and as we all know theres countless number of them...
Onto Day 5 now........oh and now saved nearly £30.00......what a bonus!
