Hi guys, haven't been on here for ages but am still stopped you'll all be glad to hear - 4 months, 1 week and 1 day. I just keep feeling better and better. Did anyone see the marathon - despite the pain I would actually quite like to do it one year - and think I actually could now I'm off the cigs! Amazing. How's everyone else doing?

im alison im glad you are still of the ciggies doing ok this weekend will be week 4 i cant believe how quick its gone im using the inhalator but only one cartridge a day.
