Well I'm still off the fags I am finding that the first hour in the morning is the worst for me. Everyone has been really supportive at work which is a plus and it helps me maintain my positive attitude. I am desperate for a good nights sleep as I've woken up on the hour every hour since giving up but I am not waking up wanting a ciggie so I'm hoping it's just the initial shock to my body.
I am following everyones advise with regards to drinking pleny of water and I am going for a walk even if it is only for 10-20 mins at a time to clear my head and appreciate how much easier it is to breathe.
