I have MCL, started w Calquence Jan 24 every 12 hrs, everything ok till March 28 when started w diarrhea once, twice or three times a day. Taking Loperamide 2mg after every diarrhea. Any advise? Please

I’ve been on Imbruvica for mantle cell NHL and on and off have had constipation, but also soft stools. Calquence is one of several newer variations on Imbruvica. There are alternatives. Talk to your doctor.
