Just wanted to check in again and share with each of you some ideas and tips that I have used over the last few years for healing and transitioning my new normal as a cancer survivor. Read, watch, find Dr. Bernie Segel, Wayne Dyer, The Bible, Jesus Calling, Pam Grout, so many. just a few for you use. Music of course, Pandora is so fun to make your own stations. Happy Thursday all.

Hi Lala, thanks for sharing those suggestions. I will check them out. I have also found mindfulness practice very useful. It is very suitable for people of all faiths and none. There is a wonderful free course available in February 2017 from the Open University's Future Learn site called Mindfulness for Wellbeing and Peak Performance. I can vouch for the course, as I have completed it myself and found it very helpful. The course can be completed in your own time with no pressure and I may well sign up to repeat it ! Here is a link if anyone is interested: futurelearn.com/courses/min... . Also Prof. Mark Williams has a book which can probably be obtained in most libraries:- Mindfulness: Finding peace in a frantic world
