Any low sodium recipes out there that kiddos just love? I swear our daughter craves the one thing she can’t have!

A quick overview, our daughter was born with a duplicated system on one side and bilateral hydronephrosis. In 2019, she had a mitrofanoff catheter put in, and a few months later had half of her left kidney removed. She is currently 7 and hopefully won’t need a transplant for a while 🤞🏻

Here is a resource on low sodium cooking -- have you hear of Sodium Girl? Check out her blog -- she is the mom of little kiddos too: sodiumgirl.com/. Lots of recipes!
