Has anyone here experienced the stomach flu post transplant? Did it take longer than normal to recover?

I have had it for 5 days now. For the first two I had fever with it.

Last time I caught something I was tested and it was RSV. Get tested if you can. It took me 3 weeks to get better. My family was better in a week.

Sorry to hear that. For me, it feels like everything takes longer to recover post transplant. Ours meds suppress so much of our immune system so it doesn't attack our lovely new kidney ... therefore it needs to work harder and longer. Hope you feel better soon.
