I had my transplant almost four years ago and I drink hot water with lemon. I always make sure to wash all fruits and veggies with a fruit wash so that they are clean (purchased at the market - if you do a little bit of online research, I’m sure there is a way to make your own fruit wash). I’ve never been warned to not drink hot water with lemon.
