Hello, I bought my son the Fox Racing Turbo Kidney Belt. He was playing a lot of baskeball and flag football at school and it seemed to work well for him. I just had him wear it backwards since his transplant was in the front. Seems like a good belt to start with and not too expensive. There seem to be more online than there were 3 years ago when I first started to look for a guard for him. Good luck!
