how do you guys cope with dietary requirements- my daughter has to watch her potassium intake which makes meal prep v challenging as nearly all food stuff contains potassium.

how do you guys cope with dietary requirements- my daughter has to watch her potassium intake which makes meal prep v challenging as nearly all food stuff contains potassium.
Look for potassium content in food. Ignore those which has high potassium. I do not eat potatoes , avocado, , cheese, banana, tomatoes, ketchup.... etc .. I know they ver high in potassium . Eat apple, grapes, strawberry... light salt stir fry .. rice etc. I always read before I eat. I do not eat ready packed meals or food. Hope this helps !!
