UK Coronavirus guidance for transplant recipients

Is anyone aware of any UK Coronavirus guidance specifically for transplant patients?

So far the uk have referred to ‘the elderly & those with underlying health conditions’ as being more at risk and are encouraging over 70s to stay at home.

For those younger who are at risk we need written evidence to show schools/employers to support self isolation now so they are not penalised.

Thanks
