Medicine ..I am taking..myfortic 720mg a Day... And wyslone 5mg a day..and tacrolimus..5 mg a day..I received the kidney from my brother...cretanine is 1.07 after 8 month..is medicine are OK..or dose is higher...tac level 6.52

My doctor likes to keep my tacro level between 4 and 7 but I would defer this back to your own nephrologist. Have a good day.

Looks like your creatinine is right on, normal. Everyone's drug dose is a little different. Your blood levels show your nephrologist what's the right dose for you. This is also why they periodically check to make sure your tacro isn't too high or too low.

Sounds like you are doing great.

I am 19+ years post transplant and doctors' still check my blood level for my immunosuppressants.
