My brother is only 28 years old and he was diagnose with kidney failure and recommended for kidney transplant.. he is too young for that he has many dreams to full fill and as her sister i want him to continue his life.. I`m searching for help for his transplant because we are poor and we cant afford the transplant.. and i hope somebody with a good heart to my brother..
