Kidney Donor Listing

I am looking for legitimate organizations that maintain listings of people willing to consider live kidney donations. There should be an overseeing organization that should have these listings; I am already listed on one but would like to increase my chances.

The recipient pays a fee to be listed with their profile and altruistic donors read the profiles & reach out to those they feel interested in.

This is a non-profit org and the fee paid helps to pay the staff and computer needs to support the site. Please feel free to contact me if you like. I’d be happy to speak with you and guide you through the process. I am a National Kidney Foundation advocate and feel honored to help others.

Hi. Have you contacted your local hospital transplant center? They have coordinators who will work with you and guide you to the resources you are seeking. It is a wonderful thing you are wanting to do. My son received his kidney almost three years ago from a non related living donor who read all the posts we made to social media and all the groups and organizations we went to asking for help. Our donor was from New Jersey and we live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Before all this started neither donor or recipient knew one another. We are great friends now—forever.

Just starting the process for a friend. He is already approved by a hospital to do the transplant and family is being tested any suggestions on which social media sites you used would be appreciated!
