Hi my name is Chris I had a kidney transplant in 03 and for the last year I been doing a low carb high fat diet and have lost 62 lb. dose anyone know if this is alright. when you have a transplanted kidney.

I am a RN and would hope you would not rely on Dr. Google for that answer. The weight loss is great but I would ask your transplant doc or coordinator.
has worked well for me- controls blood sugar also
