Possible liver disease

I am 3 years post transplant. Recently I haven't been feeling well and I had high infection markers. I was admitted to hospital for tests and my kidneys were fine. I've now been told that I may have liver problems as my GGT was 360. I'm being sent for a CT scan of my liver. Has anybody had issues with their liver.

I have ADPKD, and from everything I've read, liver cysts are common as well as cysts on the pancreas. I have CT scans that show some cystic growth on my liver. So far, there doesn't seem to be anything to worry about. However, even after transplant, the cysts on my liver will still grow, according to doctors I've talked to.

I also have Polycystic Kidney Disease and Polycystic Liver Disease. I was told the cysts on my liver (which are quite large) do not affect liver function because they are on the outside of the liver, unlike the kidney cysts that are inside your kidneys that ultimately take over your kidneys till they can no longer function. My liver function is fine. I unfortunately am in end stage renal failure, my kidneys are barely working so I have to go to dialysis 3x a week.
