Hello NIKNAKSANFORD, since you haven't heard from others on this question yet, you could reach out to NKFcares@kidney.org and see if they have any resources for your area. And if you haven't already, please check with your dad's social worker as they are there to assist with this type of resource search. I hope you find an affordable strategy soon!

Have you tried talking to the center's social worker? Helping with costs of transportation is one of their duties.
