What's the possibility for a dialysis patient to make a living in a foreign country?

Hello, everyone. I‘m a kidney patient in northern China, and i have been on dialysis for 4 years. I really need to live and work in a free country, like America or Australia, where English is native language. I know it would be hard for me to get health care,so I plan to get a job(like a waiter,or other part-timers)in the country.

Currently,I am working as an English tutor in a local school, and I can work as much as 28 hours per week.

My questions are:How much does it cost to do dialysis in the country like America, and how long should a foreigner be working until he or she can be eligible to the national health insurance?and what can I do to increase the possibility of living in another country?

Honestly,i've been thinking about moving to another country for years. i don't believe other aspects(like language or culture shock)may discourage me from going, and the only reason that holds me back is the financial problem:how will I make my ends meet in a foreign country?

Unfortunately, at this time you are asking a political question and not a health question. It would be very difficult and expensive to get into the USA and obtain healthcare if you are unable to pay for it. I have no knowledge about the possibilities of getting into Australia in your current situation but perhaps someone with more familiarity with their laws and such will respond. Good luck in your quest.

I don’t know how likely you will get insurance. If uninsured, to give u rough sense, I have medical bills from dialysis is about $15,000 -$20,000 per month on the raw costs and I am on the cheaper PD dialysis. There might be other centers with lower costs, the stats on US is that a dialysis patient costs the healthcare system about $87,000 per year on average.

Insurance is quite important to have chance of paying for it.
