On 17th jan, fistula is made on my father’s wrist...now its not working.. is there any way to make it working again??

If its been longer than a few days it is unlikely that any intervention would be successful. I've had approximately 3 dozen chest, neck and groin catheters as well as 12 fistulas/grafts that worked for a while or never worked. It can be scary and frightening. The very moment you discover its not working is the time to get to a vascular surgeon or interventional radiologist to see if they can declot or open up the vessel to get it going again. If its been a week or more they generally won't try to open it back up or declot. I wish I had better answers for you. Is your father on dialysis yet? Blessings #kindredkidneys
